Here’s why you can come to us with your Apple products!
· All our technicians are certified by Apple itself, with both ACiT (Apple Certified iOS Technician) and ACMT (Apple Certified Macintosh Technician).
· We only use genuine Apple parts for our repairs, and we only use Apple-approved diagnostics and repairs on each repair.
· There is no charge if the issue is covered under warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law. Also, we’re able to service both in-warranty and out-of-warranty devices.
· We also offer many repairs which Apple themselves do not, including data transfers, data recovery, and on-site support.
· We have an expedient turnaround time (i.e. fixing iPhones the same day you bring them in).
· We make sure that we are safe from Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).

You should take the following steps:
1. Check your coverage.
2. Get your Apple product ready for service.
3. Turn off “Find My iPhone.”
4. Make an Appointment with us.
5. Be sure to use Repair Status Check.
