COMPCO LLC warrants that your refurbished device and/or service repair will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment/service.
If Your Product Proves Defective
If the product or labor proves defective during the warranty period, COMPCO LLC, at its option, will:

Repair the product by means of telephone support or depot service at no charge for parts or labor
2
Replace the product with a comparable product which may be new, used or refurbished
3
Refund the amount paid for the product, less a reasonable allowance for usage
How to Obtain Service
To obtain service under this warranty, the Customer must notify COMPCO LLC telephone support or an authorized service representative of the defect before the expiration of the warranty period. Customers will provide appropriate assistance to telephone support personnel to resolve their device's issues.
Service Availability: Service is only available in the United States and Canada. COMPCO LLC does not help facilitate or warrant any devices sold or shipped outside the United States. International buyers are responsible for all shipping and customs charges.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranties shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or inadequate maintenance and care. COMPCO LLC shall not be obligated under these warranties:

Damage from attempts by non-Compco personnel to install, repair or service the product
•
Damage from improper use or connection to incompatible equipment
•
Damage from use of non-Compco supplies or consumables
•
Items modified or integrated with other products affecting serviceability
•
Failure to perform user maintenance and cleaning
•
Use in an environment not meeting operating specifications
•
Damage from failure to properly prepare and transport the product
•
Items depleted, abused, misused, or tampered with
Important Notice
In the maintenance of the product, COMPCO LLC may use new, used, refurbished or equivalent parts, assemblies or products for equal or improved quality. All defective parts, assemblies, and products become the property of COMPCO LLC.
